Cozy Camp Cottages
Situated on a peninsula along the northwest shoreline of
Lake Nosbonsing. The camp is located at the end of a dead end
road ensuring a quiet visit without excessive traffic.
The
friendly, family atmosphere that abounds has our cottagers
coming back year after year. Each year, new acquaintances are
made and old ones are renewed as some of our patrons have been
returning each year for the past 30 years! |

Available at our camp
are eight modern house keeping cottages with two & three
bedrooms, and two deluxe cottages with a washer/dryer. The
cottages are equipped with:
- oil & electric heat
- electric stoves and refrigerators
- microwaves, gas barbeque, coffee makers
- wall to wall carpets & indoor facilities
- full double beds and sofa bed
- hot water and showers
- clear running water!
We supply blankets,
pillows, cooking and eating utensils. We strive to provide our
visitors with everything they may require for a well deserved
vacation.
We do not supply towels or linens. So please be sure
to pack your own. |

Most of our cottages are
located at the waters edge and each cottage is assigned their
own dock, picnic table, fire pit and free firewood. One boat
is provided free with each cottage, if motor rental is
required. If you decide to bring your own boat, our level
launching ramp makes loading and unloading a breeze. For your
safety and security, night lighting is provided on the
grounds.
Our beach is well appointed
with a 30' x 30' sundeck and lawn furniture. The lake in front
of our camp is excellent for those interested in boating and
water skiing.

Safety is important
to your children. Our shallow, clean, and sandy beach provides
this for youngsters. We also provide beach toys for the kids.
For those who are young and
young at heart, we offer horseshoe pits, volleyball, badminton
and other lawn games. Also, every Thursday evening is our
group campfire night at the beach. Bring along your
marshmallows and hotdog's and join in the fun! During the
summer months, you are invited to contribute and enjoy our
Friday night pot luck supper. |

For the
fishermen..
Lake
Nosbonsing offers the fisherman almost any type of
fishing he may desire. Pickerel, Pike, Black Bass, Muskie,
Sunfish and Perch are plentiful during the best fishing months
of May, June and September.
Bait, gas, ice, pop machines, and pay phones are on the
premises for your convenience.

 In the winter, fish huts dot the lake as
witness to the excellent ice fishing, and several hundred miles of
snowmobile and cross country skiing trails which overlap the area,
Several of the communities sponsor winter carnivals that attract may
visitors to our winter wonderland. For the downhill ski enthusiast,
Nosbonsing is a short drive from Jack Pine Hill in North
Bay.
 Lake Nosbonsing is renowned for its fall
muskie fishing. A 54lb muskie caught in our lake won the 1983
Molson's award. A walk through the scenic forest of autumn is an
experience in itself, enjoyed by many who come here year after year.
Autumn also brings hunting season, bear, duck, and partridge, just
to name a few of the small game that are in our
area.
 During the spring, Lake Nosbonsing provides
excellent fishing for pickerel (walleye), pike, perch and pan fish.
Muskie and and Bass seasons open in June and that's when things
start to heat up!
 Bring the whole family along on your summer
outing. Swimming, boating, fishing, and many other water sports will
provide hours of activity for young and old alike. As well, there
are playgrounds for the children, public tennis courts, and three
golf courses within fifteen miles of the cottages. A variety of
berries grow in wild abundance throughout our area forests and
fields, and supply easy picking for those with a passion for summer
fruit.
