Spring, Fall, and Winter Rates:

Spring rentals begin the 3rd Saturday of May, and end after the 2nd week of June. Fall rentals begin the Saturday of Labour Day weekend, and end the 3rd week of October. Winter rentals begin the 3rd Saturday of October, and end after the 3rd week of May. Two night minimum stay, Three night minimum stay on long weekends.

Let's Cover a Few Details First

  • Cancellations within less than 120-days of your reservation date will result in a forfeit of your deposit. Cancellations within less than 30-days of your reservation date will require you to pay for your reservation in full (unless we can get someone from the waitlist to take your spot). *Cancellation policy will not be in effect if your reservation is directly affected by government forced closures/stay at home orders - Deposits will be refunded.

  • We only allow a minimum of three-night rentals during the summer season, which is the 3rd Saturday of June to the Saturday before Labour Day.

  • During the spring, fall, and winter months, we offer a 2-night minimum stay to guests, except for long weekends which require a 3-night minimum stay.

  • Check-in time is 3pm or later - Check out time is 11am or earlier.

  • If you are interested in early check-in or late checkout, we may only be able to accommodate this in the spring, fall or winter. Contact us ahead of time, and we will be happy to make this work if we can!

  • There is a $200 cleaning fee added to the end of each stay

  • We will hold a mandatory damage deposit of $500 on your credit card - The hold will be removed once the house is cleared for damages

  • We don't allow parties or events- unless planned with us in advance. (Ask us about hosting your special event or retreat)

  • Extra visitors who are staying overnight must not exceed the total occupancy- The houses have a maximum guest occupancy of 8 people for overnight stays

  • Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 6 am. Please be respectful to all surrounding neighbors- any complaints that come to our attention may result in termination of your stay

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the Houses. All cigarette butts must be put out safely using the containers provided outside on the decks. Thank you for understanding!

  • We love all animals, but we have a NO PETS POLICY at the Outpost properties.
