We are in the business of creating unforgettable experiences.
A Location to RememberAlong the beautiful shoreline of Lake Nosbonsing on a small and pristine peninsula, we have created your home away from home. Just a short drive from North Bay, we are located in a lush network of trails and trees, right at the water’s edge. You couldn’t ask for a better place to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature.
Cozy ComfortJust a short walk from the spring-fed waters, you will find a cozy cottage that you can call your own during your stay. With easy access to docks, fire pits, picnic tables, fire wood, and the comforts of home, you have all that you need to make the most of your stay. Every cottage is unique, clean, and some even feature their own washer and dryer. We've thought of it all.
Activities For All
We’ve created a family friendly atmosphere that can satisfy the young, the old and anywhere in between! Fishing, volleyball, badminton, horsehoe pits – our activities are endless. You can also take advantage of the beach with our array of sand toys, floating dock, and easy launching points for your canoe or kayak. If you aren’t feeling overly adventurous, you can choose to take it all in as you enjoy the comforts of your lounge chair.
Relax and Refresh
When you arrive, your stresses will begin to melt away. Pour yourself your favourite beverage, and begin to take in the sights and sounds around you. Relaxation can mean different things to everyone, but we’re confident that you’ll be able to find something that resonates with you. Whether it's fishing, reading a book on the sun deck, or watching your kids play in the sand, come and enjoy.
We are not hard-core hikers or fishermen, but we found that your camp is extremely relaxing. No doubt that the camp and the cottages are clean, well equipped, and very comfortable.
We simply feel like we are in our own cottage with very nice and friendly neighbours when we stay at your camp.
Our family has been going to Cozy Camp Cottages for at least 6 years now. The cottages are beautiful and meet everyone's needs, not to mention perfectly clean every year! The cottage grounds are stunning and so well taken care of. We have now stayed in a few different cottages and it has always been a wonderful experience.
The beach is sandy and very welcoming with a huge deck and several lounge chairs - perfect for relaxing quietly while laying in the sun or perfect for a group of people to hang out together and enjoy a beautiful view!
This cottage ground is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing Northern getaway!
For 30 years I have wanted to check out Lake Nosbonsing. On Sept 12 & 13 I realized that yearning. My fishing partner and I went for a 2 day,"Explore the Lake" excursion. Although we weren't intensively fishing, we did catch sunfish, perch, and pike. I hooked into, and lost possibly the largest bass I've seen in a long time! Highlighted by 2 line peeling strikes that snapped 20 lb. test with an 18" leader and lure! Exhilarating to say the least!
As for the camp, it is quiet, open, picturesque and at the end of the road so it is quiet and peaceful. The accommodations are clean, well maintained, and well equipped. Cozy indeed! There is a wide range of boats to choose from.
We felt quite at home and will definitely be back for at least a week! Thanks for the great time!
We had excellent service for our mid week stay. The condition of our accommodations far surpassed our expectations and we had an absolute blast. The exceptional trail conditions and the quick access from your camp made riding that much more enjoyable. We'll be back!
The lake is calling!
Lake Nosbonsing has become the "happy place" for cottagers, campers and explorers alike. Situated on a quiet peninsula, surrounded by northern trees, serene waters and active wildlife, this truly is a little piece of paradise.
Chipmunks eat from your hand, deer, ducks, and loons come by to say hello, and turtles encourage you to discover the nooks and crannies of the shoreline. We encourage you and your family to experience all of this for yourselves, and make some memories of your own.
