Prices are in Canadian dollars, with 13% HST added. Published rates are a guide; when you book online, the booking site shows the full price for your dates and party before you pay. Rates for up to 6 guests; $20 a night ($100 a week) for each extra guest, up to 8.

Additional-guest charges must stay within the permitted occupancy. Check your accommodation’s published rate details and confirm the number included in your rate before booking. Contact us for lake-house additional-guest terms.
Ask us about any cleaning fee or damage hold for your particular cottage or lake house, how it is collected and when a hold is released. Your booking confirmation should identify the applicable charges.
Guests aged 65 and over receive a 10% discount on weekly cottage rentals in spring and fall. Contact us to confirm eligibility and whether it can be combined with another offer.

What to bring
Cottages do not supply bed linens, towels, kitchen cloths or soaps. Please bring your own.
Bring groceries for your stay, and remember pillowcases with your bed linens.

Good to know before booking
Check-in and checkout
Cottage check-in is from 4 pm; checkout is by 9:30 am.
Minimum stays
2027 cottage season: May 15 to October 24 (final checkout). Summer: minimum 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday. Outside summer: minimum 5 nights; arrive and depart any day. Summer rules apply if any night falls in summer.
Guests and visitors
Contact us to confirm the overnight and daytime limit for your chosen accommodation, including how children and infants are counted. Paying an extra-person charge does not allow a group to exceed the approved maximum.
Please ask us before inviting day visitors. Guests and visitors together must stay within the accommodation’s approved maximum. Visits require our approval based on occupancy, and an additional occupancy charge may apply; confirm any charge with us first.
Pets
We have a no-pets policy, with occasional exceptions for special circumstances. Contact us before booking to discuss a pet request and any conditions for your particular accommodation. A previous exception does not confirm a new request.
Deposits and payment
Cottage reservations require a 40% deposit of the total stay, including HST.
Cancellation
Less than 120 days before your stay: Your deposit is forfeited.
Less than 30 days before your stay: The full amount is due, unless we fill your dates from our waitlist or someone takes over your reservation.
Contact us about a cancellation exactly 120 or 30 days before arrival, or more than 120 days ahead. Ask the team to confirm any refund, its timing and method, or a replacement or transfer arrangement. Do not assume a refund or transfer is confirmed until the team has reviewed your booking.
During your stay
Smoking is not permitted inside the cottages or the Executive Lake House, or near cottage gas tanks. Please put out cigarette butts safely in the outdoor containers provided.
Each cottage has one parking space. Visitor parking is limited and first come, first served. The Executive Lake House lists free parking; contact us for its vehicle limit and for extra cars, trailers, large vehicles or EV-charging arrangements.
