Larger groups have the option to reserve all 10 cottages and include our Clubhouse. Share your dates and guest numbers, and we’ll help you find the right combination.

Can people attend without staying overnight?
Please ask us before inviting day visitors. Guests and visitors together must stay within the accommodation’s approved maximum. Visits require our approval based on occupancy, and an additional occupancy charge may apply; confirm any charge with us first.
Can we bring catering, decorations or music?
Ask before arranging catering, decorations, outside vendors, amplified music or tent, table and chair rentals. We need to agree what is suitable for the property and other guests; these services and permissions are not included in an accommodation booking.
What happens if it rains?
Confirm a suitable weather alternative with the team before committing to the occasion. A cottage or private lake-house booking does not include a separate indoor event venue.
Does a group booking reserve the camp for us?
No exclusive use or event permission is implied. We’ll confirm the approved space, visitors, timing, group quote and applicable booking terms with you before you make arrangements.
