Guests aged 65 and over receive a 10% discount on weekly cottage rentals in spring and fall. Contact us to confirm eligibility and whether it can be combined with another offer.
Cottages do not supply bed linens, towels, kitchen cloths or soaps. Please bring your own.

The Executive Lake House supplies bed linens, pillows, towels and basic essentials. Check its listing for the facilities included with the house.
Ask us about any cleaning fee or damage hold for your particular cottage or lake house, how it is collected and when a hold is released. Your booking confirmation should identify the applicable charges.

Cottage reservations require a 40% deposit of the total stay, including HST. Executive Lake House reservations require a 50% deposit of the total stay, including HST.

A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. You pay the deposit by card on the booking site when you reserve; for the Clubhouse or a paddle-craft rental, ask the team for payment instructions. Please do not send card details through email or an enquiry message.
Before you pay, the booking site shows your dates, accommodation, guest count, total and the deposit due. Your booking confirmation identifies the terms that apply to your reservation; this page does not replace terms already agreed for an existing booking.
Cancellations
Less than 120 days before your stay: Your deposit is forfeited. Less than 30 days before your stay: The full amount is due, unless we fill your dates from our waitlist or someone takes over your reservation.

Contact us about a cancellation exactly 120 or 30 days before arrival, or more than 120 days ahead. Ask the team to confirm any refund, its timing and method, or a replacement or transfer arrangement. Do not assume a refund or transfer is confirmed until the team has reviewed your booking.

Please ask us before inviting day visitors. Guests and visitors together must stay within the accommodation’s approved maximum. Visits require our approval based on occupancy, and an additional occupancy charge may apply; confirm any charge with us first.
