This deluxe cottage is equipped with two bedrooms that can sleep up to six people! You will have access to 1 queen bed, 2 single beds and 1 pull out couch.

We strive to provide our visitors with everything that they may require for a well-deserved vacation. See below to view what is included!

We do not supply towels, linens, kitchen cloths or soaps, so please be sure to pack your own.

Spring and Fall Rates

Spring rentals begin the 3rd Saturday of May, and end after the 2nd week of June.

Fall rentals begin the Saturday of Labour Day weekend, and end the 3rd weekend of October.

Two night minimum stay, Three night minimum stay on long weekends

Rates are based on a four-person occupancy.

Extra Person Daily Rate: $20 | Extra Person Weekly Rate: $100

We require a 40% deposit. For example, $1075 a week plus HST = a deposit of $485.90.

Special Note: Smoking is not permitted inside the cottages or near the gas tank. All cigarette butts must be put out safely using the containers provided outside on the decks, and at the beach. Thank you for understanding!

Daily Rate: $215 plus HST

Weekly Rate: $1075 plus HST

We require a 40% deposit. For example, $1075 a week plus HST = a deposit of $485.90.

Summer Rates

Summer rate changes are in effect from the third week of June to the Saturday of Labour Day weekend. We only offer weekly rentals in the summer season; Saturday to Saturday

Daily Rate: $220 plus HST

Weekly Rate: $1540 plus HST

We require a 40% deposit of the total stay including HST.

Rates are based on a four-person occupancy.
