- Season dates
- 2027 season: the cottages from May 15 to the final checkout on October 24, and summer from June 26 to September 4. The Clubhouse is open year-round, subject to availability. A stay that includes any summer night follows the summer rule. Seasons after 2027 are not yet confirmed: ask us before making plans.
- Linens and towels, cottages
- Cottages do not supply bed linens, towels, kitchen cloths or soaps. Please bring your own.
- Linens and towels, lake houses
- The Executive Lake House supplies bed linens, pillows, towels and basic essentials. Check its listing for the facilities included with the house.
- Children and infants
- Contact us to confirm the overnight and daytime limit for your chosen accommodation, including how children and infants are counted. Paying an extra-person charge does not allow a group to exceed the approved maximum.
- Laundry
- The camp has a laundry building; ask us about access, hours and costs. Lake Breeze, Hideaway and Moose Tracks list a washer and dryer. Clubhouse lists a washer and dryer.
- Extra guests
- Additional-guest charges must stay within the permitted occupancy. Check your accommodation’s published rate details and confirm the number included in your rate before booking. Contact us for lake-house additional-guest terms.
- Prices
- Prices are in Canadian dollars, with 13% HST added. Published rates are a guide; when you book online, the booking site shows the full price for your dates and party before you pay. These are published rates, not live booking quotes.

Deposits, arrival and cancellation
Cottage reservations require a 40% deposit of the total stay, including HST. Cottage check-in is from 4 pm; checkout is by 9:30 am.
Executive Lake House reservations require a 50% deposit of the total stay, including HST. Executive Lake House check-in is from 4 pm; checkout is by 10 am. Confirm the arrival arrangements for your particular house with the team.
Less than 120 days before your stay: Your deposit is forfeited.
Less than 30 days before your stay: The full amount is due, unless we fill your dates from our waitlist or someone takes over your reservation.
Ask us about any cleaning fee or damage hold for your particular cottage or lake house, how it is collected and when a hold is released. Your booking confirmation should identify the applicable charges.
