Our stays sleep four to eight each. For a bigger group, tell us your numbers and dates and we will say which stays could work together.

Contact us to confirm the overnight and daytime limit for your chosen accommodation, including how children and infants are counted. Paying an extra-person charge does not allow a group to exceed the approved maximum. Occupancy and visitors

Stays for a bigger group
A group larger than one stay can ask about booking several: cottages at the camp, the Clubhouse, or both. The Clubhouse is located separately from the camp.

The terms for every stay
Full policiesMinimum stays
Summer cottage stays: weekly stays only, Saturday to Saturday. Spring and fall: 5 nights; arrive and depart any day. The Executive Lake House in summer: weekly stays only, Saturday to Saturday. Outside summer: 5 nights; arrive and depart any day.
Deposit
Cottage reservations require a 40% deposit of the total stay, including HST. Executive Lake House reservations require a 50% deposit of the total stay, including HST.
Cancellation
Less than 120 days before your stay: Your deposit is forfeited. Less than 30 days before your stay: The full amount is due, unless we fill your dates from our waitlist or someone takes over your reservation.
Linens and towels
Cottages do not supply bed linens, towels, kitchen cloths or soaps. Please bring your own. The Executive Lake House supplies bed linens, pillows, towels and basic essentials. Check its listing for the facilities included with the house.
Check-in and check-out
Cottage check-in is from 4 pm; checkout is by 9:30 am. Executive Lake House check-in is from 4 pm; checkout is by 10 am. Confirm the arrival arrangements for your particular house with the team.
Prices
Prices are in Canadian dollars, with 13% HST added. Published rates are a guide; when you book online, the booking site shows the full price for your dates and party before you pay.
